There are 3 different types of mobile home ownership..

Just like anything else, there are several approaches and schools of thought when it comes to mobile home real estate investing.

This article from Rental Property Owners Association really does a great job of explaining all three types of mobile home ownership and some of the pros and cons of each one. If you’re really looking to take the next step towards investing, this is a great resource to check out so that you know all of your options!

#3, owning only the mobile home itself is my favorite way to invest in mobile home real estate because it’s more affordable to get started with, and it has a fairly quick turnaround time for sellers.
