Fix But Don’t Over Fix!

Selling ‘as is’… is always great.

Less time, less money and in some cases, a lot less aggravation.

Some of the tips in the article below, don’t work on mobile homes. Some do.

However, these are good examples of cost return for upgrades. ROI!

1 – Don’t over fix.
2 – You are not going to live there.
